Demand for Ukrainian white egg powder exceeds supply

According to the leading producers of egg powders in Ukraine, egg white powder is now in the greatest demand. The volume of inquiries is greater than the manufacturers can offer. Particularly most inquiries come from some Asian countries, where due to the spread of bird flu, local chicken egg producers have significantly reduced the number of laying hens, which has affected the production of eggs and egg products in these countries.
