After a difficult start in 2023, Spanish goat meat exporters are beginning to see a recovery in demand in markets such as the Middle East, leading to higher prices. In W1 the price stood at USD 3.60/kg CIF Main Port for goat meat 6 cuts, whereas in W8, prices were above USD 3.80/kg CIF Main Port. In W11, the quotations are around USD 4.00/kg CIF Main Port. This represents an increase of 11% since the beginning of 2023.
