Suppliers of canned tuna in Thailand, who usually book their tuna supply in advance, are facing losses on pre-ordered products due to the depreciation of the Thai Baht against the US Dollar. Some reported losses of over USD 30,000 over 5 containers due to currency fluctuations alone.
