Egg falls short in Taiwan

The cold weather has continued to affect egg production. After the Lunar New Year, the egg dealers are still on a tight schedule, the supply and demand gap is still around 7,000-10,000 boxes (200 eggs per box) per day. COA has been arranging to import eggs from the U.S.A, Japan, and Australia to supply domestic market supply and demand and stabilize egg prices
