The season of Portugal Coho Salmon ends

The last batches of Coho Salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch) will be harvested, in Chile in the first week of February. It’s a seasonal product that will be available again in September. The prices are very competitive right now, being around USD 6.90 per kg for premium quality, especially when compared to the recent increase in Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) prices, either for premium or industrial quality.
