The supply of fresh coconut for the coconut industry in Sumatra & Java has started to decrease significantly with the start of the rainy season as farmers prioritize rice planting. This is an obstacle for the production of coconut products such as desiccated coconut & cocoa cream because the industry has lowered its production target until the end of the year.
