Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia has banned the import of pork from Tanzania

From February 11, 2021, in connection with the deterioration of the epizootic situation in Tanzania due to infection with the African swine fever virus, temporary restrictions are imposed on the export to the Russian Federation from Tanzania of the following products: wild pigs, domestic pigs, in vivo embryos of domestic pigs, products slaughter of pigs, waste, and manure from pigs.
