Fig Trees Recovering after Abnormal Heat in Greece

With the unusual heatwave fading out after almost 2 months, the fig trees seem to be recuperating and the fig prices are slowly normalizing.
Organic figs A-Class quality currently trade around 3,00€/kg(wholesale price), D-Class quality trade around 2,10€/kg, B-class(wholesale price) and C-class are found equidistant in between.
