Queensland (QLD) is on the verge of losing its export accreditation for several lucrative fish by-products after failing to meet its obligations to monitor and manage impacts on marine species in the Great Barrier Reef. If the Wildlife Trade Operation (WTO) declaration is revoked on September 30, it will halt the trade of mullet roe, shark fins, and jewfish.
