The corn harvest in France is estimated at 11.6MMT (including seeds) and 11.33MMT (excluding seed harvest), which is the lowest figure since 1990. This is due to a 90,000 hectare drop in planted area due to the increase in the prices of fertilizers and gas, as well as a sharp drop in yields caused by the drought.
