Fresh Blue swimming crab prices in Venice area (Northern Adriatic Sea), Italy, experienced a significant decrease of 28% week-on-week (WoW), dropping from USD 2.19 per kilogram (kg) in W9 to USD 1.53 to 1.75/kg at the beginning of W10. This decline is due to increased capture volumes of this species resulting from favorable weather conditions.
