German supermarket chain REWE stopped importing mexican avocados due to quality inconsistency

For the 2021 season, German supermarket chain REWE, discontinued their avocado programs from Mexico due to inconsistent quality of products from Mexico in 2020.

REWE is one of the largest supermarket chains in Germany and this discontinuance would negatively affect the export of Mexican avocado as the import volume in Germany is huge.
