Hidden away in the Waikato region, an award-winning goat cheese company has gained export certification and is expected to sell its cheeses and milk in the North America. The company is currently doing shelf life trials for queso Blanco (white cheese), a firmer feta style goats cheese marinated in olive oil. There are three flavors, chili, basil, and oregano. The company hopes to launch the product as an export range in the near future. The products will be all batch made and hand packaged.
