In Colombia, a severe drought is adversely affecting the agricultural sector. Wholesale prices for Guava have surged across different cities due to the drought. In the Eastern region, prices have risen by 14% week-on-week (WoW), reaching USD 1.01 per kilogram (kg). Meanwhile, in the Central and Western regions, prices have seen a 20% WoW increase, with the product now fetching between USD 1.2 and 1.5/kg.
