Hake's importance in Argentina's fishing industry

Alongside the Argentine Shrimp and Argentine Squid, the Argentine Hake is one of the most representatives species in the country's commercial fishing industry. It is commonly exported to Brazil, The United States, Ukraine, Italy, and Spain. It's mainly commercialized whole, HGT (head off, guts off, tail off), and fillet (skin on or off).
