Crimson, Australia's primary fresh grape export variety, has started to grow in W9. The red grape has a Brix rating of at least 17 and a size ranging from 18mm+ to 20mm+. The largest export market, China, has a preference for fruits with a light pink color. The EXW pricing as of W9 stood at USD 27.16/9kg (AUD 40/9kg) or USD 28.51/9kg FOB (AUD 42/9kg FOB). Exporters with well-known brands may request slightly higher pricing, but the prices expect to fall in the coming weeks as volumes increase.
