Higher yield of potato due to favorable climatic conditions

Production of potatoes in the country mainly occurs from the states of Sinaloa, and Sonora. As of last year, there is a lot of increased production and investment in the northeastern regions, due to favorable climatic conditions for potato production. That is resulting in a 17% higher yield compared to other areas.
