The price for fresh melon is still going down in the Nogales Arizona market. Meanwhile, the production in Sonora, Baja California, and Chihuahua is increasing, making prices go down faster. Domestic production in the US is also flushing the markets, but the demand is not increasing. Prices for size 5's are quoting from USD 7 to 9 per box and sizes 8's are quoting from USD 6 to 8.
