Import forecasting of Apple vs Domestic prices 2022

According to sources, increasing of the seasonal amount of importation of apples is expected due to the price rise of the domestic market. As of January 2022, the price of Fuji, which is the most popular variety, has increased more than USD 0.15 per kg against December 2021 and still more rise is forecasted. Some buyers have already decided to import a bit more apples from suppliers than last year.
