Pork import data in China for October 2022 was released by the General Administration of Customs China (GACC). Statistics indicate that the imported pork was worth USD 372.80M (CNY 2.67B), representing a 160K MT rise over the figures for both volume and amount in September 2022. The volume rose by 6.67%, while the amount increased by 8%. The average price is USD 2.33K/MT (CNY 16.7K/MT) while in September 2022 it was USD 2.30K/MT (CNY 16.49K/MT), representing a 1.27% MoM increase.
