In the first quarter of season 2020/21, Kazakhstan almost doubled the supply of wheat to Uzbekistan

At the end of July-September 2020/21, Kazakhstan supplied to foreign markets about 1.19 MMT of wheat, which is 0.15 MMT (13.9%) more than in the same period of the 2019/20 season.
The main importer of Kazakhstan wheat in the reporting period was Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan purchased about 841.4 KMT in the first 3 months of the current season, which exceeds the indicator of July-September 2019/20 by 341.3 KMT (1.7 times) and accounts for over 70% of total grain exports.
