From January to October 2022, 857,000MT of Turkish sea snails worth USD 7.11M were exported to seven countries, with South Korea topping the list. Sea snails worth USD 5.2M were exported to South Korea, followed by China with USD 946,000 and Japan with USD 426,000. Sea snails were also exported to Taiwan, the USA, Italy, and Georgia during this period. Additionally, from the Black Sea region, sea snails worth USD 6.91M were exported to South Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, and the USA. Export numbers at year's end are anticipated to rise even further.
