Cassava ended the calendar year as one of the least appreciated crops in Brazil with 27.7% appreciation, below the 28.5% devaluation of the Brazilian currency 'Real' against the US dollar. According to prices reported by CEAGESP SP, in December, cassava was down 4.3%, following another significant drop in November.
