Increase in demand for coconut water

Coconut water is in demand as of the moment in Europe and US. Currently, there is an increase of 10% in the demand as compared last year, due to the health benefits the product possesses, and due to the current situation, which is the global pandemic. Suppliers are leaning towards creating more coconut byproducts this year instead of focusing on young coconut export to be able to cater to the demands.
