Indonesian Processing Plants Set to Increase their Blue Swimmer Crab Imports from Tunisia

In mid-August 2022, the price of Indonesian Blue Swimmer Crab increased by 30% due to the increasing demand from the United States and Canada as the holidays approach. Processing plants in Indonesia are looking to import Blue Swimmer Crab from Tunisia, as in previous seasons, the price was 30-40% lower than Indonesian crab. It is expected that from September to November the imports for Blue Swimmer Cram from Tunisia will increase as Indonesian factories need to fulfill international demand.
