Cassava Chips Price in Ghana Increased 53% YoY in W12 Due to Growing Demand

In Ghana, there has been a growing demand for dried cassava chips in the domestic market as new bio-ethanol plants come online in various parts of the country. A year ago, the ExW price of dried cassava chips stood at USD133/MT which has increased by 53% to USD 204/MT in W12 of 2023.
