The current price of corn is USD 0.40/kg. The current high price of corn is considered as anomaly as the supply and demand of corn remains stable. The increased price have raised the production cost for Egg and Broiler Chicken.
National Logistical Supply Organization (BULOG) will distribute Corn with subsidized price of USD 0.31/kg, partly subsidized by the CSHP (food price stabilization reserve) fund. This subsidized Corn will be sold and distributed to Chicken Egg and Poultry Farmers all across Indonesia.
