Iranian caviar exports look more promising than last year

Iran has significant sturgeon farming in the Caspian Sea where farmers grow the fish for their worldwide famous sturgeon caviar. Caviar exports were badly hit in 2020 due to the huge decline in demand. However, the current year has begun more promising since January 2021, specifically due to the demand from China being reactivated. Chinese demand gives higher hopes to Iranian caviar exporters in the current year.
