Japanese Radish Gradually Recovers in W47 From the Drought in W45

In W46-47, rain has helped the vegetables to grow in an open-field system. In W45, the supply of Japanese radish to the market was 20% fewer YoY due to the scarce rain. As for W47, Japanese radish increased its amount in the market by 14% more than in W46. The market price for W45 was USD 0.59-0.60/kg, while for W47 the price stood at 0.47USD/kg. The market for Japanese radish has a stable supply as of November 25, 2022, but the market price is expected to decline until January 2023.
