Local peach prices in Uzbekistan are high

The season of peaches has started in Uzbekistan, but the wholesale prices the farmers offer are too high in comparison with past years. As for the 18th of June, the price for good quality peaches in Uzbekistan amounts to about UZS 30,000 kg, while in 2020, in the same period, the price was UZS 18,000 /kg, and in 2019 - UZS 15,000/kg.
