Local supply of Indonesian tapioca starch expected to drop

Tapioca flour producers in Indonesia are anticipating the decline in the supply of local cassava raw materials in 2022. Next year's dry season is expected to be longer than this year. The planting period in the dry season will improve the quality of harvest with better starch quality, but the yield would be lower.
