The demand for Low Fat Desiccated Coconut (LFDC) from Indonesia continues to drop since July. Producers still have stock from their April to June production, which has a 12-month expiration date, forcing them to sell their stock at discounted prices of up to 30%. Producers expect demand to return to normal starting next September.
