North American blueberry prices tend to fall and stabilize over the final 3 weeks of July as both British Colombia and Oregon production reaches their peak harvest. The price rises again in August when the Oregon season ends. While this trend is expected to continue this year, packers are speculating that pricing may begin to rise slightly earlier this year given lower production.
