'Low seeded murcott' mandarin starting the season in Queensland

As per next week, growers in Mundubbera and Gayndah region will see their first 'low seeded murcott' ready to be picked. Growers explained that this first round will be all manually harvested, particularly selecting those mandarins which are big enough in size and orange enough in colour. Destination markets will be Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, among others.
