Price of Malaysian Durians Will Increase in 2023 Due to a Decline in Production

Durian production in Malaysia may be delayed until early June 2023 due to heavy rain and floods, and prices will increase. Musang King durian stood at USD 9.05-10.18/kg (MYR 40-45/kg), but it is expected that prices for Musang King exported from Segamat in Malaysia could rise to USD 13.57-14.70/kg (MYR 60-65/kg) this 2023 season.
