Meat Trade Value From Tanzania To International Market Has Increased in 2021/2022

The Ministry of Livestock and Fishery in Tanzania announced that the trade value of meat including chicken and pork from Tanzania to the international market trade in 2021/22 has increased to USD 36 million. Meat body declared to sell 5,700 MT of chicken and 4,900 MT of pork meat outside the country. The production capacity in the country is increasing by an average of 4.3%, said the minister for Livestock and Fishery.
