Spain's Melon and Watermelon campaigns finalized with good prices and stable demand

This year, melon and watermelon campaigns in Spain finalized with positive results. The campaign finished in the first week of October with prices of €0.27/kg for melon and €0.23/kg for watermelon.

In terms of production, the melon volume reached 220,000 MT while the watermelon production reached 180,000 MT. They were all absorbed by the market without any difficulties, which left producers satisfied with the results.
