Ministry of Agriculture of United Kingdom promotes Guatemalan cocoa on a regional scale

The Ministry of Agriculture and Guatemalan cocoa producers met in the Dominican Republic with the Cocoa Committee of Central America and the Dominican Republic (SICACAO) to find solutions that strengthen the cocoa value chain and increase commercial opportunities in international markets. Smallholder farmers and local exporters in Guatemala expect to increase exports to Europe, mainly Italy, and Asia for 2022.
