Morocco's import of wheat will decrease during 2021

The important rainfalls recorded at the beginning of the agricultural season 2020-2021, which revived the hopes of farmers who have suffered greatly from the succession of painful droughts, will have positive effects on the various agricultural chains of wheat. As a consequence, the import of wheat is set to decrease and it is expected that the harvest, including barley, will reach 98 million MT, an increase of 206% compared to 2019-2020 season.
