Due to the limited opening of the restaurant and catering industry because of the COVID-19, supermarkets are selling mushrooms more than usual. Every variety of mushrooms is being sold. The biggest challenge for many companies will be f staffing and product availability. Demand is increasing two to three times currently in week 50.
