Namibia's second-biggest hake fishing and processing business has indicated that they have reduced allocation this season and cannot fill their existing clients's requirements. Of interest is that the decision not to export to Spain and Portugal, which are main importers of HGT and Fillet. Instead, the company is looking for opportunity in the northern European markets where their processed and value-added Hake offer receives a better price.
