Vietnamese Tilapia prices at record high in China

COVID-19 situation in Vietnam has caused short supply of Pangasius. At the same time, the demand for Tilapia increased due to China’s strict regulations. As the global seafood supply chain was repeatedly affected by the epidemic, the price of Tilapia has increased to the highest level. At present, the export price of raw Tilapia is around CNY 7.67-8.07 per kg for 300-500g, and CNY 9.6-10 per kg for 500-800g.
