New small and medium coffee producers started to invest in Jambi Province

Increasing Sumatran coffee exports has encouraged new small and medium-scale coffee producers in Jambi Province. Some have even invested in roasting machines to produce roasted beans and ground coffee, although they still focus on serving the local demand. The coffee beans from Jambi are mostly shipped to the leading coffee beans producers in Medan and Lampung in the neighboring province.
