New variety of rice in Peru.

INIA has developed a new variety of rice more resistant to plagues and diseases. This new variety is INIA 515 – Capoteña presents better yields and can resist better to the white leaf virus, funfidy rots, the mining fly and sogata that will help to reduce the use of pesticides.
INIA 515 – Capoteña can produce up tu 12 mt/ha.
