Brazilian Citrus Importers Shift Focus to Egyptian Navels Amidst 20% Decrease in Spanish Citrus 2023/24 Production

The decline in Spanish citrus production by around 20% has prompted Brazilian citrus importers to shift their focus to importing Navels from Egypt. Navels are the primary variety of oranges imported from Spain during the 2023/24 season. In response, Brazilian buyers are increasingly open to securing volume-oriented programs to meet market demand.
