Norway's fresh salmon exports, specifically within the 3 to 6-kilogram (kg) Superior Salmon category, saw a 1.50% week-on-week (WoW) increase in W42. This growth equals an additional 381 metric tons (mt) compared to the previous week. Salmon prices rose by 5.30% WoW, reaching USD 6.91/kg (EUR 6.39/kg). Furthermore, salmon contracts for 2025 were traded at USD 8.76/kg (EUR 8.10/kg) Free Carrier (FCA) Oslo, with buyer bids for Q1-2025 and Q2-2025 trending around USD 10.06/kg (EUR 9.30/kg).
