According to the National Association of Industrial Packers and Refiners of Edible Oils, oil sales amounted to almost 65 million liters last November, the highest monthly figure of the year, amid the pull of vegetable oils. In the first eleven months of the year, olive oil sales decreased by 11.06% compared to the same period in 2020, to 285.11 million liters.
Of those 65 million liters, 34.79 million correspond to vegetable oils, 28.55 million, with olive oil in general, and 1.61 million, with olive pomace oil.
