Olive oil market in Spain tries to regain stability

With the current price volatility, olive oil producers and packers are struggling in WK 3.
Only some producers can prepare estimates for a few days while every stakeholder is waiting for the prices to be stabilized. New buyers face slow communications with more prolonged delays and uncertainty about supply dates. Some producers are no longer providing prices of pomace oil at least until the market regains some stability. Thus, patience and an excellent network are required to conduct the new business in the sector.
