Polish poultry suppliers expanding their scope of production

More and more poultry meat suppliers (slaughterhouses) have reported that they are expanding the scope of their activities, from just “plain” meat to sausages and cold cuts; they are building new facilities and processing plants specifically for such purposes. It seems to be a new trend throughout the industry, as more and more suppliers expand into new product ranges and value-added products.
