With the Easter season approaching fast, goat and mutton meat consumption is in great demand. In terms of import statistics, the United Kingdom and North Ireland account for over 50,000MT of yearly volume combined. 0.45 to the meat price per kg, a historically high value, the amounts of weekly dispatches by truck to the United Kingdom remain similar.
